Taxes paid with Amended Return from prior years - where to enter them in TurboTax?

During the 2019 Tax Year, I had to amend my Federal Tax Return for tax years 2016 and 2017 and pay additional taxes as part of those amended returns.  Two questions:

(1) Can those additional tax payments be entered for the 2019 TY?

(2) If so, where do I enter those in TurboTax?

Thank you in advance.

No.  You don't enter prior year federal tax payments.  You can enter any state tax payments you made for any year.  A state payment can be a deduction on the federal return if you Itemize and don't take the Standard Deduction.

There are six states that allow you to enter the federal tax you paid on your state return--Alabama, Iowa. Louisiana, Missouri, Montana, and Oregon.  If you are filing in one of these states watch for the deduction when you prepare your state return.
