The amount claimed as recovery Rebate credit had an error, my grandson's last name was not hyphenated

The error was sought, now I need to correct it, so I get the Recovery Rebate Credit

What do you mean by, "The error was sought"?
Have you already e-filed your return and it was accepted by the IRS or has your return been rejected by the IRS?
Did you get your refund but it didn't include your grandson's Recovery Rebate?
Do you need to file an amended return?
