Question

The amount received into my credit karma account was less than my refund (I have checked the irs website track my refund). Missing $100 promotional bonus too.

IRS says to contact the tax servicer for why my refund is less - TurboTax serviced this. So, with that: I am requesting an investigation be done into where that money went. It feels as if TurboTax is stealing from me and I can’t find any other way to contact someone than post here.
