The direct deposit infor on my 2019 taxes, that bank account is closed, so how will I receive my stimulus check? can I change my direct deposit information?

According to IRS.gov:

In the coming weeks, the Treasury plans to develop a web-based portal for individuals to provide their banking information to the IRS online, so that individuals can receive payments immediately as opposed to checks in the mail.

Please keep checking the above link for details.

If the IRS funds your stimulus to the old account before this portal is finished, you will eventually receive a check in the mail as long as you meet the other requirements for a stimulus payment.
