Question

The income taxes paid was 1,749.60 not $174,960.00 How can I change that?

Did you already file?  Is it from your W2 box 2?  You left the decimal point out.  If you haven't filed you can go back and fix it.  Click on Add a State to let you back into your retun.  Review your entries.
