The IRS allows 2019 1040X to be E-filed. When will this be available on Turbo Tax?

I purchase downloadable software from Turbo Tax. Since the IRS accepts E-filing for 1040X, I would like to be able to use this option. Your online support acknowledges it can be done, but the link doesn't work.

I don't know if you have to wait until the IRS opens efiling for 2020 on Feb 12 this year for all efiling. Or if they are setup to take 2019 amended efiles before then. Was the original return efiled from the same desktop program on your computer and accepted and you are amending in the same accepted return?

E-filing of a 2019 tax return using TurboTax was discontinued at the end of October 2020. The 2019 amended tax return can now only be printed and mailed.
