The IRS website says my refund will be sent to my account 2/24 I chose to have my tt fees deducted from my refund. Why when check SBTPG it says they can't find my account

Where's my Refund is the most accurate information as it is directly from the IRS. Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no control over the processing of your return or the release of your refund. The TurboTax site can only update if the information is provided for the software to update. This doesn't always happen so the information shown on TurboTax could be behind.

The IRS is who is issuing your refund, not TurboTax, so the IRS has the most up to date information.

Unfortunately we don't have any insider information from the bank or the IRS.

First, check the IRS where's my refund and see if the refund was paid (not just scheduled).  Then wait one business day, and contact SBTPG.  They are supposed to receive your refund, open a temporary account in your name, withdraw the fees, and transfer the balance to your regular account.  But no one here has access to see if that happened or how long it is supposed to take.  I would expect 1 business day to be a minimum processing time after the IRS confirms payment to SBTPG.
