Question

The software is stuck in a loop on the Direct Deposit screen. I've used the form and ensure the check box and bank info is there, rebooted, and checked version. Win11

I am not using the online version but the software.  Home & Business edition.  I did though try your suggestion, just in case.  I am stuck in a loop on the federal refund screen when entering bank info for deposit.  I have verified the bank info several times but when clicking continue it loops back to same scrern.
