The state shows I have not filed my return. Turbo tax “ supposedly “ filed it in February

My federal return was recently and refund issued. What happened to my state return

    Which state?  Did TT send you an email that it had been Accepted?  Some states do not update until they actually process your return.  One year, my own state said Not Found for the longest time, until one day when it suddenly changed to Refund Issued.
