Just to clarify, is the status showing Printed on your state's Department of Revenue website or in your TurboTax account?

TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS once they have accepted your return. Each state handles its own refunds

If it says "printed" in your TurboTax account, that means it has not been filed.  If you e-filed it and it was accepted, it would say "accepted."

Check your e-file status here:

If your state return is just saying printed and you know you did not put in an envelope and take it to a mailbox, then you can either try again to e-file it, or print it and mail it.  TurboTax does not print your return for you, nor does TurboTax mail it for you.

When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s.  Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
