I've been trying to get signed in for 2 days to finish my State taxes. I received an email that my documents were in to complete State and since then I can't sign. I just get the message "There’s an issue on our end. We’re on it".

Please try clearing your cache and deleting your cookies. Also, try refreshing your browser or use a different browser.

I appreciate your fast response ...thank you. However, I tried everything you listed and still get the same error. I tried a different browser as well, and disconnected from my VPN, and still can't gain access to my account. I really need to get in there to finish things up with my State and any further help will be appreciated.
