I filed and after filing it said I owe the IRS $1,400, but I overpaid my taxes and I know this, it also told me to continue I had to buy Deluxe which was only $40 but it charged me $80.. So they screwed me, then made me pay them for nothing, I bought Deluxe and it literally did nothing to my taxes. I was done filing, this is bs, then I try to contact them and it's like going thru a maze
