If the program doesn't like your bank routing number it is not the correct one for a direct deposit ... please check with your bank for the correct outside routing number.

Make sure the number is the same as you see on your checks and not a deposit slip. If you have double checked and it is correct, you would have to either paper file or e-file requesting a check refund (as long as none of the refund was being used to pay for Turbo Tax Fee).
