TPG is taking my fee and i havent received my refund
Hi, i did taxes with a tax preparer which uses Santa barbara TPG to take out fees from returns.
I havent received my refund because the preparer did a mistake and since coronavirus i havent had a response of my refund.
The problem is that they were supposed to take $700 for fees and now TPG sent me an email saying that i have to pay for the fees from my bank account.
I can't pay that now and the deal was to take the money from the refund, is there something I can do ? I need help.
