TT doesn't print first page of form 8949 - ok to send just page 2?

I have just filed my 2023 taxes electronically. The filing instructions say that I have to mail form 8453, with form 8949 attached. 

The return has two form(s) 8949 - one with box D checked, one with box E checked, both in Part II of the forms. Part I is blank in both forms (no short-term transactions to report). 

When I try to "Print Active Form" from TT, I can see the entire 2-page form on my screen but only the 2nd page prints (i.e. only Part II). 

Is there a way to get TT to print the entire form, or is it acceptable to mail only Part II of each form?
