Question

TT2020 is really bad. After the very late update to CA, TT did not correct the amount owed. And I can't find how to get my "100% accurate" TT guarantee $$.

What is the error that TurboTax made?   Did you receive a letter from the state assessing a penalty? 

 

  The accuracy guarantee only covers additional interest or penalties  charged by the state if there is a calculation error.  You are still responsible for any tax had there not been an error.
