Turbo tax accountant prepared and filed our taxes for tax year 2020. We just received and IRS notice that we owe more which we dont understand. I uploaded thie notice.

You need to talk to the preparer directly on this matter ... this is only a public forum and we cannot see anything.

But if you would like to tell us what the IRS changed and for what tax year it is referencing we may be able to help.

How do I contact my preparer ? The text string online is gone and when i call they tell me the only way i can connect with any tax expert is via the online portal. Though I requested a call, which was noted that I would receive within 5 minutes, I did never heard back and that was three days ago. I tried again this morning and it has been almost an hour. Therefore, please prove a phone number that will get me to the tax experts, specifically Justice if possible as he prepared and filed our return. Thank you.
