Turbo Tax deducted more from my refund than what I was made aware of - am I the only one with this issue?

Yes, my return was 2456 and I got a payment from tpg products for only $878!!! I need answers as well smh

I checked my order number and it deducted the appropriate amount mentioned during the filing, but it also deducted $39 on top of that for the federal refund processing fee which was never mentioned during the filing? Can someone show me where during filing it lets you know that $93 total will be deducted from your refund for using Turbotax.

During the e-filing process, right before you transmit your tax return, you are shown multiple disclosure forms depending on the services that you selected and opted into, including the Refund Processing Service disclosure form. That disclosure form shows the cost of the Refund Processing Service and you are asked to read through and e-sign each form before transmitting your tax return.
