Turbo Tax deleted my past returns!

I've used turbo tax for the last 8 years (at least). Today, I logged into my 'turbotax online' account, and found that nearly all of my previous years returns are nowhere to be found. I had a couple random returns and then some W2's saved, but not the full return.

I called the help line and spoke to a very nice lady who did not speak English well. We talked for over an hour and by the end of the call, it was clear she had NO IDEA how to help me. A brief Reddit search shows this is a reoccurring problem, that Turbo Tax doesn't seem to be addressing.

Turbo Tax Community, why do we put up with this? If this is not solved quickly I will never use this company again. I would REALLY appreciate it, if there is any help for this out there.

Hello, yes I'm sure it's the same account I used last year. I also confirmed using that link. Thanks for the follow up but unfortunately, that is not the issue.
