I need help. Turbo tax is going to charge me for some deluxe package that has literally done NOTHING to help me. I filed my taxes January 28th and I haven't gotten anything. I cannot for the life of me speak to a real person that was "included" with this deluxe package. How do I talk to someone about them charging me for something I feel like they have not done what they said they would do.....
