Question

Turbo tax did my 2018 return, which I paid for. The return is not in my documents. They are impossible to contact. Help!

I am showing that you are posting from TurboTax Free Edition, but you stated that you paid for your 2018 return.  People who have created more than one TurboTax account, but don't realize it, will not see the previous year's tax return. You will need to sign in to the account you created for the current year's tax return.
