Turbo Tax Error
I filed my Turbo Tax refund including the Solar Rebate in February 2023. When I received my Return 3 weeks later, it did not include the money for the rebate, only my normal tax refund. Come to find out, Turbo tax did not have finailized 5695 Forms for Solar Rebates. I had to submit an Amendment to my 2023 Tax submission in April after the 5695 Forms were available.. Now I have to wait up to 4 months to receive my refund from the IRS.
What is Turbo Tax doing to compensate users for the inconvenience since they neglected to inform users of the error?
