Turbo tax file accepted on 4/9/2021 but on 7/6/2021 IRS says not processed? I checked on the where is my refund and it says return still processing?

The IRS has it.  They are just taking a long time to process it. Accepted only means the IRS verified some basic information to know it's from you.  Then they process it, then they Approve it.  Just keep waiting.  Nothing you can do.
