Turbo tax has received my refund and deducted their fees but I still don’t have my refund

I don’t either and I’m panicking got an email saying my refund on the way! Turbo tax is stealing peoples money 

Same they took the fees days ago. Im pursuing legal action at this point. From the misleading 5days early just to cancel then to not have the option to speak with someone at Cross River Bank if you paid fees with the refund. I should have it today but no email, no updates, and cant get a live person on the phone. Its not on the IRS my funds have already been issued, clearly cause TT made sure their fee was collected.
