Turbo tax misfiled my taxes and now I got taxed and no stimulus I want a refund and I want turbo tax to fix their misfile?

Put me down as a convict and that I was making money when I had no job was supposedly I was working incarcerated and that's the only money I made in 2022 and 2023 it's wrong IRS text me took my stimulus check to pay the tax because TurboTax misfiled this is the first time I used TurboTax and this is the first time I got in trouble with that IRS I just want them to fix it and give me my money back so I can get my stimulus back and move on with my life and I will never ever use again unless they fix it I don't know I paid for a guarantee and I got text and in trouble with the IRS instead I'm so devastated?

Not really sure what the issue is. There were no stimulus checks for 2022 or 2023. TurboTax is a "do-it-yourself" tax software program, so perhaps you yourself answered some questions incorrectly.

What income did you enter? Where did you enter it? Did you have a W-2 for income earned from an employer who withheld tax from your paychecks? Or did you have some other kind of income like self-employment income? What tax documents did you enter on your tax form?
