Turbo tax says my state return accepted on Jan 31. Why does the state website to track my return says my return was never filled.

I went to track my state refund on the state treasury website on 2-15-18 and it states that I never filled my state taxes.  But I filled on Jan 29 and according to turbo tax was accepted on 31st.  Why

Until your state or the IRS processes your return,  you may hear there's "no record found." That actually means the return's still being processed. Just check back in a few days.
