Turbo Tax seems to have overcharged me?

So, i got my federal refund direct deposited today. My fed refund said it should be $2062 and i figured id have 80 taken out for turbo tax deluxe well... My refund was only $1907. Id just like to figure out why yall took almost 160 from me when i cant find any charges or explanation for this extra charge.

look at the TurboTax fee summary, and don't forget to add the extra $40 you pay for the privilege of paying TurboTax from your refund.

Yeah, even with that bs fee it only adds up to about 120 out of the about 160 lol

It says it charged me for deluxe each both fed and state, then the fee to pay out of the refund.

39 for fed deluxe

39 for state deluxe

39 to pay out of refund

Now, im no calculator but, that doesnt add up to 160, even if there was sales tax.

They did the exact same thing. THey charged me like 160 and my original receipt said they were only chargin me 78. They have transferred me to about 5 different people and the one lady even hung up on me after SEARCHING for a possible way to avoid refunding me. TurboTax Stole from me and are refusing to pay me back. If i dont get this resolved im going to the police.

They overcharged me as well. Was only suppose to charge me $39 for the federal and there is $116.75 charges that was removed. You can't get ahold of anyone to resolve the issue either so what do we do?

I was supposed to b using the FREE version as i did not have any extra deductions or anything. they charged me $90 outs

I have read numerous complaints now, regarding this. It happened to me as well. TurboTax is seemingly STEALING ~40 dollars from potentially MILLIONS of people. We're just the ones who noticed. Can't we hold big corporations responsible for this criminal behavior? They are stealing money directly from our pockets.

If you requested to have your TurboTax account fees deducted from the federal tax refund the service charge for this option was shown on the web page where you selected this option instead of paying the fees with a credit card. See screenshot -

We need to hold these giant companies accountable for their actions. I encourage all of you to contact the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU and file an official complaint. They have taken money from me, and all of you. We work hard for our money only to have millionaires steal it from our bank accounts. Please report them to the BBB!!!!!

They have been sued for overcharging so BBB has nothing to do with them. So frustrating!

I filed my taxes with you guys in Feb I was supposed to get back 2583.00 but I only received like 1999.00 I been trying to contact you guys about the situation but now I see it on the news that you guys have been doing this
