Turbo tax stated irs has my federal return. online it states they dont have it, any suggestions on how to get answers

WMR has been saying that a lot lately. But be sure you are entering just the amount of your Federal refund. Do not include state, nor adjust for any TT fees coming out of Federal.

im not adding in state and im not taking out the fees from turbo tax and it still says they have not recieved it even when i called them. I filed Feb 12, 2021

I’m having the same issue... on turbo tax it says transmitted and when I spoke to a turbo tax rep he said he could see that they received it but on WMR it’s saying they can’t find me.
