TurboTax Incorrectly Reported the status of my Federal Return
TurboTax says that my Federal Return was accepted in February. However, after 5 months of waiting for the refund, I was finally able to get in touch with an IRS representative who told me that my return had been rejected, but they weren't able to tell me why - they said to either get in touch with my accountant, or send a letter to an address in Kansas asking why my return was rejected. I've been trying to get in touch with a real person at TurboTax (since I paid extra for the "one on one support" and "advice from a tax expert"), but I just keep getting automated responses, and recordings telling me to contact the IRS. This is starting to get insane. Has anyone been able to get a hold of an actual TurboTax representative for help?
