Why is it that instead of helping when people have questions you just send them links to articles that have nothing to do with their problem, I work hard all year and I depend on my tax return being accurate, I don't want to read any more pointless articles I would like help, your website kept freezing up with the spinning circle in the middle of the screen, I was clicking the screen to try to get it to load and it transmitted my taxes, but you'll just send me some stupid article I'm sure thanks a lot y'all suck I hope you get sued out of existence

Hmmmm.....you have posted to the forum several times today and have received replies from actual humans--not from AI, and have received typed out, actual replies that may or may not have contained helpful links to some FAQ's. I looked at all of your posts and could not find any that just sent you useless links....
