Question

Turbotax is saying I am under 18 and over 72 at the same time. How do I get a refund for this trash software? Where is the best place to file a complaint.

Trying to claim fhsa deduction and obviously turbo tax isn't filing this correctly I cannot be under 18 and over 72 simultaneously but it says I am. Also charged me before telling me that it doesn't even work. What junk software. No one answers the phone. I would just like a refund so I can go figure out what I filed with last year that wasn't junk.

Where are you seeing this error? Your age is calculated based upon your birthdate entered in the My Info section of your return. There are some tax credits, such as Earned Income Credit, that may not be available based on your age. Review your entries to ensure you have the correct date of birth.

I have checked that my birthdate is correct in turbo tax. I am 29 years old. It is also correct with CRA. I obviously cannot be simultaneously under 18 and over 72.
