Question

TurboTax is taking the charges out of my debit card when I wanted them taken out of my tax return. Why?

I had to send in more forms and my return is being delayed.  Instead of taking the charges out of my tax return I am being billed for them.  They are being taken directly out of my bank account.  Why?
