Question

TurboTax says my refunds were accepted by both federal and state but when I look up my information on the irs website for both refunds, neither has my information. Why?

I filed on Feb 2, they were accepted by both state and federal on the 13th according to Turbo tax, but the irs isn't showing that they recieved anything at all

Accepted does not mean that your refund has been approved. It just means that you have passed the initial security check in terms of your information matching what the IRS has on record for you. It can take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks to go from acceptance to approval. Once approved, you may track any anticipated federal refund here: Where is my refund? and any anticipated state refund here.
