Question

Turbotax stuck after 'welcoming me' that it's my 8th years using turbotax. It just shows 'your tax returns

Turbotax online just stuck. And there's no button to press to start the filing process. On the lefthand side there is no buttons except for 'turbotax'. And on the main page, I just have previous years' returns, but there's nothing that I can press to start this year's return.

BTW I've already tried doing this in incognito (no caching) and also downloading a brand new clean browser to login (Firefox), but all browsers run into this issue. Including my phone's browsers.

 

I have no idea how to get started. Seems like my account is just stuck.
