We don't know for sure what section you are in, but as a guess, if you're trying to import a 1099, many financial institutions are not in the list.  Only the ones that partner with TurboTax.   Without knowing the screen you are using, I'll suggest leaving the financial institution line blank and scrolling all the way down to the bottom, and you'll see how to proceed.  There may be a button that says "Enter a different way" or "I'll type it in myself."
