Unable to view entered information before filing. Want to crosscheck W2, DIV, INT but it isn't opening

Hello,
I am unable to view the entered information before filing. I want to crosscheck W2, DIV, INT but it isn't opening. When I click on the "Edit/Add" button, the screen refreshes and come back to the same screen showing the list of W2, DIV, INT. I am using Premier edition.

You may have to log out of the program, clear your cache and cookies, and log back in.
