I have not got my tax return yet. I filed back on January 31st 2020 and have not received anything back yet they said that it was under review but I have not got a letter or anyting from the IRS is this normal?

If your return is under review, that can take 60 days to complete the review. 

 

If you wish, you can contact the IRS to ask them for more details on your return. 

 

Once you submit your return, Turbo Tax does not receive any updates after the return has been accepted.
