I used my Fiancé bank details to file for my Tax and after receiving my payment, the bank could not approve the payment, any advice on how to present my bank details to TGP, for sending me the money?

You should never try to use someone else's bank account to receive your tax refund.  The bank refused the deposit---which is what they are supposed to do---and sent it back to SBTPG.   Now the third party bank will either issue and mail you a check, or they might send it back to the IRS and then the IRS will have to issue and mail your check.  Did you enter the right mailing address on your tax return?

If the third party bank mails the check, it will come in a plain envelope via first class mail so make sure you open all mail and do not assume anything is junk mail without opening it.  While you are waiting, make sure that the address you entered on your tax return is correct, or your problem will be even worse.
