Using a debit card don't have checks for routing number. Can't we use debit card?

Even a debit card does have a routing number. You will have to contact the bank or institution that issued the card to find out your routing number if you do not know it. Unless you have both a routing number and account number to enter you will not be able to select a direct deposit for your refund.
