Utah online payment

I have filed through Turbo tax but Utah does not allow payment through turbo tax. I have tried to go to TAP for payment. However, I have selected return/period payment as payment type but have queries on the selection for filing frequency(annual or fiscal) and filing end date(neither prior selection allows to choose 4/15 as end date) what should be the correct selection?

Select the TC 40 for 2020. and the due date is July 15.
