Verify my identity with phone call that you can’t get through on?

I received a letter 6630 to verify my identity and it cannot be completed online. The phone number given states “ no one is available to take your call, try again later.” After listening to their 5 minute useless greeting. Any one else dealing with this? Suggestions please and thanks?

Many of the IRS phone lines are backlogged at this time. The best time to get through is early in the morning. So that you can be prepared when you do get through, here's the IRS instructions on what  you'll need when you talk to them:
