You can check your e-file status to determine if you've filed your taxes for the 2020 tax season.  Because the IRS will not begin processing returns until February 12, 2021, your status should say "pending."  Refer to the following Help Article for instructions to check your e-file status:  How do I check my e-file status? - TurboTax
