Was overpaid ~ 7000.00 in 2020 by my employer, which I repaid in a payback by end of 2020. I have a corrected W2. How do I handle this in this tax year?

You would just file your tax return normally, using the corrected W-2.  If you filed prior to receiving the corrected W-2, you will need to file an amended return.  Do not file the amended return until your original return has been processed and you have received any refund you were expecting.  For information of amending, see:
