We have not filed taxes for 2019 are for 2020 we only have s.s. to live on and pay no taxes, we received the first stimulas ck. but have not gotten the 2nd one . ?

Yes. If you did not receive a 2nd stimulus payment and qualified for it under IRS guidelines, you are entitled to the Recovery Rebate Credit. You can use the recovery rebate form found under the federal review tab in TurboTax. 

Please follow these steps in TurboTax to enter your information for the recovery rebate form:

1. With your return open, search for stimulus with the magnifying glass tool on the top of the page.
2. Select the Jump to Stimulus in the search results to directly go to correct TurboTax page.
3. You must enter 0 for the second stimulus payment for the credit to calculate correctly.
