We have still not received our 3rd stimulus but we did receive the 1st and 2nd one. How much longer will the IRS be issuing payments?

Yes, The IRS has until 31 Dec 2021 to issue all the 3rd round stimulus payments since people could extend filing all the way to 15 Oct. It appears the third round stimulus payments being issued now are mostly based on 2019 return information. Once the IRS processes 2020 returns they will update stimulus payments based on that return information.
