Question

We submitted our tax return and came back as we missed putting in the pin. We coreccted it with the pin and it now says we cannot file an amended return

I don't think this issue requires an amended return, as it was rejected. If you had your return accepted, but later wanted to change this, then it would be amended. This is simply a revise and resubmit.
