Question
What can I do if my credit card won't work? I know that the card is good because I book hotel rooms on it every day.
I have finished all of the work to complete my 2019 taxes. I'm not getting a refund so I'm trying to pay with my credit card. This is the same credit card I have paid for my taxes with for the past 4 years. I know that the card is functional because it works on all of the other sites I use. I can not get through to a Turbo Tax representative. Please help.
