What do I do when TurboTax is asking for a specific line amount from last years tax return when I haven't filed last years return yet?

TurboTax is asked which Schedule SE form I used in 2019. I can't provide this information as I have not filed 2019 tax return yet. Can I continue without answering or do I need to finish and file 2019 tax return before I try to proceed with 2020?

Yes, finish 2019 first. You should always do the earlier year first.
