What do I need to do I received an email saying that my return has not been filed and that I needed my AGI from 2017 but my taxes say pending on turbo tax ?

There seems to be a timing problem with the e-mail.  It's supposed to go out to new customers who have finished their tax return but not filed.  Since new customers will not have their AGI automatically carry over, the email is meant to remind customers that they need their AGI before they file and tell them how to get it.  For some reason, the email is either going out late, or to the wrong people.  You can ignore it if your tax return is pending or accepted.
