What do you do if the IRS issues a paper check and you got the refund advance via Turbotax/Credit Karma or whatever

The irs is mailing me a check not sending it through the banking system, so I need to know how to give Turbotax what they're owed.

If the refund doesn't go thru the DD system the bank will send you a notice to pay  giving you methods to do so.  Watch for the email.
